A Change that should start Within

The change of the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines may not guarantee the smooth functioning of government overnight - although there are some sections in the Constitution that should be amended.

Change should come from within the Filipino People, such as hard work, patriotism and nationalism. The revolution or evolvement of the Filipino Culture should be looked into and be nurtured for the betterment of the people.

Judge Arnulfo Cabredo

Speaking on the "shortest conversation" ever made by two fishermen.
