Following is the documantation of the Symposium on Charter Change. The documentation was done through the efforts of Ms.Doreeh Lee and Ms. Kathy Evasco.

SYMPOSIUM ON CHARTER CHANGE PROCEEDINGS

1.         The Symposium on Charter Change was held on August 27, 2005 Saturday at the Bicol University Amphitheater at 9:30 A.M. The program was emceed by Ms. Gylene Almodiel,

2.         At 9:30 A.M. the invocation and singing of the Philippine National Anthem was presented by the undergrad students under the class of supervision of Dr. Renato r. Rex.

3.         At 9:45 A.M. Mr Art Osia the Vice President of the GSSB delivered his Welcome Remarks where he acknowledged the presence of the Guest, Advisers, Faculty, Students and friends. He stressed on some points on Charter Change and gave a backgrounder on the Symposium.

4.         At 10:00 A.M. Mr. Gezel Garcia, the preliminary speaker and student of the MAPA elivered his speech and views on Charter Change.

5.         At 10:30 A.M. Dr. Arnulfo M. Mascariňas the Dean of the Bicol University Graduate School introduced the Guest Speaker – Judge Arnulfo Cabredo. During the presentation of the Guest Speaker, Dr. Graciano B. Banaga, the presence of BU VP for Administration was also recognized.

6.         At 10:35 A.M. Judge Arnulfo Cabredo delivered his speech on Charter Change.

7.         At 11:30 A.M. an Open Forum followed which was facilitated by Dr. Cynthia Mendoza.

8.         At 12:00 Noon. the program ended with the closing remarks of Mr. Hernando H Siscar Jr the President of the GSSB.

9.         At 12:10. Plaques of Commendations and tokens were given to the preliminary speaker and Guest Speaker.

10.      The Symposium ended at 12:20 in the afternoon.
